To become a member of the Misawa Enlisted Spouses Club is easy.  Active membership includes:

  • Enlisted active duty members and their spouses with command sponsorship at Misawa Air Base, Japan.  This includes all services:  Air Force, Navy, Army and Marines.
  • Civilian contractors, DODDS/DODEA personnel, etc. and their spouses with command sponsorship at Misawa Air Base, Japan.
  • Local area host country nationals.
We will no longer require dues from our members.  You can ignore the last section of the membership application for dues category.

Please fill out our simple application form to become a member.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your application has been processed.  We are excited to have you join us!
