The May business meeting will be held on Thursday, May 13, in Tower 214 at 6 pm.  Elections will be held for Secretary and Treasurer.

Business meeting are held the 2^nd Thursday of every month. The meeting runs from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The business meeting is intended to carry out the day to day operations of our organization. Special meetings will be called as needed. Funds request petitions are also held at our business meeting.  To maintain a business atmosphere at our business meeting, we request that you leave children at home.  All business meeting adhere to Robert's Rules of Order.  Please visit http://www.robertsrules.org/ to learn more about these rules.
